Delivery charges
Price and Sons offers free national shipping on all orders equalling or exceeding R500. Orders under R500 are shipped nationally at a R100 flat rate.
Delivery time-frame
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days and occurs from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address where someone will be available to accept the order. Since the couriers operate independently, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Accepting your delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is valid and entered correctly. You must also make sure that someone is available at the provided address during the time of delivery.
If we attempt delivery once and are unsuccessful, we will try to deliver again on the following business day. We will contact you via email or telephone to arrange a second delivery attempt. If there is no one present to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, your goods will be returned to the sender, and you will receive a refund minus the shipping fee.
If you do not wish to receive a refund and instead want to provide an alternative delivery address, please note that there will be an additional charge for re-delivery.
